They took me when I needed an emergency visit and I’ve been coming here ever since. They’re communicative, understanding, flexible, and efficient. My doctor (Dr Zhou) is by far the best dentist I’ve had in my life and no matter who the nurse/assistant is, I always have a pleasant experience and feel satisfied with my care.
I had my first dental visit today here and I was blown away by how different the vibes are!! Seems to be a new staff and some new doctors are on board. I saw Dr. Tse and he was so kind and thorough. Lan the office manager and the two front desk girls were so friendly and welcoming. And considering I am an anxious patient and I left smiling, that says a lot! I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

I never thought I would be able to find a "favorite dentist" (probably because of my raging fear of dentists), but Dr. Pepito was that person. She was gentle with my cleaning and asked ME (!) to let her know of anything that is bothering me before the cleaning, so that everything would go smoothly. One visit and I was sold! Dr. Khang did all of my previous visits, which went good as well. The receptionists are all super nice as well and it always makes for a good visit. Would recommend.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this dental office. They are highly effective and provide professional, no-frills service. The front desk staff is exceptional, always available and helpful. It's refreshing to find a clinic that is easily reachable and answers the phone promptly. Overall, I am impressed with the small yet highly effective approach of this dental office.
Had my first visit at the clinic. Had X-ray done by one of the assistant and cleaning done by the owner himself. The cleaning was done well and fast within 40 mins (the dentist himself is highly experienced and doesn't take his time unlike the long cleaning time i had in other clinic) and waiting time is about 10-15 mins to have the patient before me finish his appointment. Great experience and will come back again in 6 month time.
Very professional and respectful staff here who know what they are doing and genuinely want to help you out as a customer. I went in for a routine checkup (out of pocket), and they added X-Rays on my request without increasing the price of the service. The service itself was done very well. I am one satisfied customer, and my teeth sure are grateful too.
There are some phenomenally talented and professional women working here. It took me so long to find a dentist I could trust. Everyone I've worked with at Prospect Dental, from the receptionists to the dentists, has been kind and skillful. They also have Saturday appointments, which is great. Can't recommend highly enough.
Hello, this was my positive feeling at the dentist. First, I really loved how the dentists greeted us. They asked how my day was going and what I do at school, where I’m going for vacation, etc which I really appreciated. The experience of getting my teeth checked out was incredibly good. My teeth felt so clean and fresh. When the dentists were doing things for my teeth it didn’t hurt at all and was calm and relaxing. Also, when I was younger I was really scared of the dentist, but now I’m not scared at all coming here. Another thing is the music. It is such a chill vibe and makes me be more relaxed.
